Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • All jacuzzi jets in the bathtubs in the home are disabled and not available to be used by guests. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
