The road is regularly maintained due to the presence of many homes in the area. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • No events or parties are allowed at this property. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Due to the property's remote location, guests may occasionally experience unexpected power outages. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
