Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • Riverside County has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The max occupancy for this home is 10. • Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. • The driveway light switch is on the side of the playhouse facing the driveway. Guests can access it by walking between the bushes to the left of the home's walkway. • The princess bunk bed has been replaced with a standard twin bunk bed. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
