An Incredible Hidden Gem!
We were already planning our next trip the second we arrived! The overall experience was beyond words AMAZING!!!! We're a family of 6 and Hawaii has always been our go-to location. We have heard from all of our Dallas friends what a true gem Punta Mita is so we decided to try it. We were BLOWN AWAY! We've worked with travel agents in the past but Keith was so above and beyond - I've never experienced customer service on that level. Our on-site concierge was INCREDIBLE. He would reply within a couple minutes 24/7. The unit was absolutely gorgeous - incredible design, meticulously clean, PERFECT layout, super comfy beds, amazing bathrooms and a spectacular view! The overall value is what was the true hidden gem. We had an amazing housekeeper DAILY, 6 passenger golf cart to several awesome beach clubs, incredible workout room for our private building...the list goes on and on. I have never felt SAFER. Security is so tight throughout the gated area it's unbelievable. Every beach club was unique with incredible food. Tons of fun activities, eFoil, surf lessons, kayak, paddleboarding, snorkel, etc and SUPER WARM water which was so nice compared to how cold it feels in Hawaii. The restaurants at the beach clubs were fantastic! Our favorite nights were hiring chefs to cook at the unit. BEYOND AMAZING! If you love staying at the Four Seasons, St Regis, Rosewood, etc - you'll wish you knew about this sooner. I truly cannot believe the value for a slice of HEAVEN!

We throughly enjoyed both properties and had an exceptional time. Any minor issue was handled expediently and graciously by Sarah and Alexis, and Bianca was wonderful as well. Both Rosie and Malena were exceptional - - breakfast was just sumptuous each morning.
