Round Rock Estate is a contemporary six-bedroom villa on the idyllic island of Anguilla. Completely renovated in 2019, no expense was spared to make the most of the breathtaking waterfront location. Located in a quiet part of the island, activities and dining are easily accessible. The villa is five minutes from Rendezvous and the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal is within a short drive. Sit by the private pool under pristine white umbrellas and gaze at the cool Caribbean Sea against the enchanting views of neighbouring St. Martin. Everything you might desire is poolside — covered seating and dining, a heated pool, a poolside bar with an ice maker and fridge, a BBQ grill, ample lounges, and a large terrace. The elevated veranda is outfitted with cushioned furnishings, ceiling fans, and mood lighting for any time of day. A changing room and restroom are available off the pool deck. The comfortably furnished air-conditioned interiors include wireless internet throughout, a living room with cable TV, a fully equipped gym, and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen’s Nespresso machine, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, and wine cooler are tucked amongst chic slate cabinetry. Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, screens, a safe, and air-conditioning. The main house’s primary suite has interior and exterior access. Each of the remaining suites has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. Two twin suites are in the main house, one is in the guest cottage, and two are upstairs in the rear building. Work out at the new on-site gym and rock out to the state-of-the-art Sonos home sound system. The villa provides towels, tote bags, and coolers for blissful beach days. Daily housekeeping maintains the villa.
