The living room is the perfect place to cozy up with a game or a movie night. But if you're feeling competitive there's a pool table and a game room featuring a dart board and ping pong table. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Valley from the large wrap-around balcony and every corner of your outdoor oasis. You'll be just 5 minutes from the De Portola Wine Trail, with a modern kitchen and large dining table waiting to host group meals back home after exploring the wineries and vineyards. Blending size, amenities, and custom luxury design, Le Grand Bleu is ready to show your group a Temecula retreat like never before! There's a lot to see in Temecula and even more to drink. Our suggestion? A tour at one of the local wineries so you and your group can sample a diverse range of local flavors. For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula's most sought-after attractions. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • Le Grand Bleu offers a giant Salt Water Pool! It takes a lot of time and propane to heat the pool up to 84 degrees but it's definitely worth it! For this reason, Pool Heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • Pool heat is $350/night in the winter. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • Le Grand Bleu offers a Large Spa that accommodates up to 15! Spa heat is $100/day. • Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • An optional 6th bedroom (a 1-bedroom casita with a bathroom and kitchenette) that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests is available for an additional cost of $125 per night for the entirety of your stay. Please call us after completing your reservation to book it. • This home features 2 sleeper sofas and 4 single/twin cots for additional sleeping arrangements. • Bedroom 5 can only be accessed through the backyard. • This home has a two-story layout. • Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. • Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. • Le Grand Bleu does not have a license to host formal events such as weddings. However, guests can celebrate informal events such as wedding rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, private family photoshoots, and such. Guests need to contact and let us know about this 72 hours prior to checking in. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
