Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving items outside unattended and keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay. • Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. • Please note that pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons. • No events or parties are allowed at this property. • Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
