On the main floor of the house, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating, a living and dining room with satellite TV, a cloakroom, and a primary double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and an office with a sofa bed. You can access the swimming pool from this floor and from one of the bedrooms. Sol de Verano is also equipped with a fantastic gym on the lower ground floor together with a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board, and a little kitchenette for the pool area.
