Whether lounging on the spacious porch, enjoying a swim in the private heated pool, or cooking up an island barbecue, you’ll be treated to a superb vista of the ocean, the islands, and Hvar’s famous sunsets. In addition to all of this comfort and luxury, the villa is completely energy self-sufficient with its own solar collector and windmill that creates energy from the sun that shines 2718 hours per year and the prevailing winds. The spacious 200 square meters terrace provides the most amazing and magical view of the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač, and mainland Split. Secluded private grounds fenced by a stone wall comprising an olive grove and greenery. Terrace with shaded lounge areas, private heatable swimming pool, with sun loungers. Al fresco dining area has a large barbecue area on the terrace and a more intimate, closed, and air-conditioned dining area with a large wooden table and summer kitchen. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table, garden furniture, and sunbeds. Two private garages are available for the guests and are suitable for three cars.
