No loud music, no outside sound system, no DJs (except authorized events) • Small private events such as dinners are allowed with respect for the space and the house rules. • Tulum is a remote location where a shortage of electricity and water can occur, Château Sixteen is equipped with a generator to power basic amenities, Château Sixteen or the owner will not be held responsible for any outage • No pets • No smoking • Chateau Sixteen is not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, or damage of any valuable belongings. • • We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool. • We ask that our guests check all windows and doors are locked when they leave the room for both security and extreme weather • Please turn A/C off when not needed • There is a house being built in front of the villa which you may experience some noise during your stay * There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash
