Welcome to Villa Luna Sea, a spectacular 4-bedroom oceanfront villa in Turtle Tail overlooking the peaceful waters of the Caicos banks and southern shoreline. This self-catered villa is ideal for families or 3-4 couples seeking a quiet, relaxing Caribbean getaway offering all the amenities and comforts of home. Vacationers can choose to relax poolside, take a dip in the ocean or explore nearby Cays in provided kayaks. The villa has been significantly renovated and expanded in 2024 to provide our guests the most modern, comfortable and private getaway possible. Enjoy 360-degree views of the ocean and Flamingo Lake from the new roof deck. More photos will be posted in the coming weeks as we are finalizing construction and furnishing. This private villa is located just 15 minutes from the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, The Grace Bay “strip” is home to close to 50% of Provo’s restaurants & shopping. The beach itself has consistently received awards for its crystal clear turquoise waters, sugar white sand and breathtaking sunsets. Villa Luna Sea comes equipped with beach towels, chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for trips to the beach. The villa has four large, air-conditioned bedrooms (A/C metered and billed based on use) with ensuite bathrooms uniquely laid out with separate entrances to provide unequalled privacy for couples or families with older children. All bedrooms have their own private ocean-view balconies. One bedroom has its own kitchenette, terrace and a private outdoor shower. Three of the four bedrooms have king beds while the 4th has a queen bed. Please note one of the bedrooms is not connected by internal access and is not appropriate for young children. Please note that children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the roof deck and all children should be supervised by the pool and ocean. Villa Luna Sea is uniquely designed to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from almost any room in the house. Modern conveniences of cable television, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island with seating and is adjacent to dining areas facing the ocean. The interior living area is 2,074 square feet with covered exterior decks totalling 1,305 square feet and uncovered decks/patios totalling 1357 square feet. A total living area of 4,736 provides the optimal indoor/outdoor living desirable in the Caribbean. For the protection of your valuables, the villa has a monitored security system and the neighbourhood has a monitored checkpoint overnight. Any form of smoking is strictly not permitted in the villa.
