Golden Clouds villa is a luxurious 15-suite estate situated in a park-like seven-acre setting. It is a spectacular oceanfront villa located on Jamaica's fabled North Coast in the picturesque village of Oracabessa. Located a fifteen-minute drive from Ocho Rios, the villa overlooks a private palm-fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the property consists of a main villa with 13 suites and a garden villa with an additional 2 suites. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool. Indoor common areas range from lounging to dining to exercise, and are featured in both the main villa and garden villa. The main villa common areas include a large living room which opens directly onto multi-level terraces running the entire waterfront length of the estate. The villa features unique furnishings, art, and antiques, featuring local Jamaican artists. There are many pleasant, relaxing seating areas located throughout the main floor of the villa. The living room's media center includes Wi-Fi, BlueTooth, cable TV, and SONOS, with a large comfortable seating area. The main dining room is directly off the living room and overlooks the sea. A large game room off the pool and an exercise room with pool access are also common areas. The Garden Villa is a 1,000 sq. ft. structure with two bedrooms, each with full ensuite baths. The villa has a kitchen/bar as well as a living room and media center. The Garden Villa has its own swimming pool with lounge chairs, a gazebo, as well as a large covered veranda. The main building features a large freshwater pool and surrounding terrace, a large gazebo, a recreation/games room, and a large exercise room all make for an active outdoor setting and are part of the villa’s common areas. A professional tennis court (pro available), basketball practice, shuffleboard, playground, and croquet complete the outdoor amenities. The villa has a gorgeous white sand beach with coconut palms, umbrellas, tables, a freshwater shower, lounge chairs, and night lights. Outdoor common areas at Golden Clouds include a large beach, two swimming pools, and seven acres of gardens. The garden has many outdoor seating areas ranging from hammocks to gazebos to benches set among the flowers and pond. The main lawn accommodates over 100 people and can be used for wedding receptions or gatherings. On-site parking is available for up to eight vehicles.

• Please note that bookings must be from a Saturday to Saturday or within this period • Additional bedroom with a queen bed available for an additional cost. • Minimum of 10 bedroom bookings during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter as well as for weddings • Personal laundry done Tuesdays and Thursdays only, $10/load on any other day • The villa requires a one-week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. Wedding and party bookings require a full week booking of 10 bedrooms or more • Staff gratuity - 13% charged for accommodations-only bookings (if you take advantage of the all-inclusive plan, then tips are included along with meals from the menu and transportation) • No SUPs because of the coral reef
