Villa La Josephine is a memorable place to immerse yourself in a visit to St. Martin. Located in the private residential community of Terres Basses, its views over gorgeous Baie Longue Beach and the sea beyond will leave you stunned. It is surrounded by tropical gardens which will set the stage for a serene experience. The classic Caribbean-style villa has been designed so each of the buildings offers its own sense of privacy while still being connected by terraces. The center of the villa is the large, infinity-edge pool that wraps around the formation of the home. The covered terrace features a comfortable dining area, plenty of sunbathing chairs, a barbecue area, and a lovely lounging area. The large living room will entertain with its soft furniture and TV, and music system. Just around the corner is the gourmet kitchen. There is a secondary seating area for intimate meals when the group is smaller. La Josephine has five bedrooms and is capable of accommodating 12 guests. There are four king-sized beds and two full-size beds. This villa is perfect for a group getaway or a family gathering and is located close to the action of Cupecoy and Maho beyond.

Lovely Stay
I'm writing this after Hurricane Irma hit St. Martin so I'm hoping this house did not suffer any damage from the storm. The house was really beautiful and the location in Terres Basses was perfect. We loved the indoor/outdoor kitchen and the large deck area. And I cannot forget the pool, which was amazing! Our concierge was so sweet and accommodating. Downfalls: The bedroom/bathroom combos were a little strange and not very private. And a couple of the AC's in the bedrooms did not work.

La Josephine - Tres Beau
La Josephine was a delightful place to celebrate our high school seniors' spring break. We had five teenagers from three families. There were 11of us and we all had our own space,yet room to gather for meals and card games and lots of talking late into the night. The view from the house was an inspiration every morning. There was a palette of blues and then greens that was was spectacular. The kitchen allowed us to cook and clean up with plenty of room. Terres Basses is a great location on the island. We couldn't have been happier.

A Week In Shangri-La
This was a great location for us. The pool was amazing, and the rooms suited our group (9 adults, 2 little children) perfectly. The view beckoned us to the beaches and the living room and kitchen and outdoor eating spaces just great.
