Alizee is an impressive seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom luxurious villa located in Guana Bay, within walking distance of Guana Bay Beach. The spectacular views, the backdrop of sky, sea, and the villa is absolutely stunning. The villa has been furnished with contemporary designer furnishings from Europe and has been designed to provide all the necessary amenities to please our guests. The villa is set on two levels. The upper level is the main part of the villa offering five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There are three independent equal master bedrooms each with wonderful views, an en suite bathroom, and a queen-sized bed. In the main house, there are two additional bedrooms next to the living area: one offers one set of bunk beds and a double bed sleeps four in total with wonderful views and an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and queen size bed and again, a wonderful sea view. The air-conditioned living room is exquisitely furnished. The fabulous gourmet kitchen offers exquisite granite countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances. Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace area. The terrace area offers a private pool, an outdoor covered dining area that seats 12 to 16 people, a private gazebo with an additional dining area for four persons right next to the pool, a Jacuzzi, and large gas barbecue. The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms. The sixth bedroom has an ocean view and offers a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The seventh bedroom offers one set of bunk beds and a double bed sleeps four in total with garden views and an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, a large garage area to include a ping pong table, a laundry room, and a full generator. Eventually, there is a fully equipped fitness room with television, sofas, and air conditioning. The villa has extensive space, rooms, patios, an outside terrace, a Jacuzzi, a gazebo and a private pool joined together creating a wonderful harmonious flow throughout, and is bordered by a luxuriant large garden. A large wooden gazebo is located in the coconut field to ensure complete privacy and offer a magic relaxing time. Swim in the beautiful pool, sunbathe, dine, and enjoy the gazebo with utter and complete privacy. We will deliver the vacation of your dreams.

Paradise Villa

The location of the villa was amazing! From finding the villa to stepping foot on it the team was there every step of the way! Our group had an awesome time and there was more than enough space for all of us. We had three rental cars and that was a great way to see the island. We were greeted at the airport and shown around when we arrived. We felt like VIPs. The villa has great ac and plenty of places to spread out and chill. The furniture and some of the fixtures were a little dated and the hot tub did not work. There were not a lot of towels or extra amenities like toilet paper but I'm sure if we asked they would have been provided. There was a family living or frequenting the downstairs as well. They never bothered us but found it odd that was not disclosed as their car would come and go throughout the day. Overall, we would stay here again and it was a great price for all that space and beautiful pool and walk to the beach. Thank you!

All I Can Say Is WOW!!!

This experience was truly one of the best Ann Marie was incredible and took care every need we had once me and my guest arrived to the house. Kira and Ashton made the process of booking easy. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I cannot wait to go back

Amazing Experience In The Caribbean!!!

Rental escapes exceeded my expectations! It all started with browsing the internet for a house in St Maarten. Having no luck over a couple of months, I stumbled upon Rental Escapes and a beautiful house in Guana Bay St Maarten. Since I placed a request on the webpage, I got a call from Dana (and I live in Guatemala!). I was treated even better than other VIP companies that I have worked with. I cannot rave enough about Dana and Tim.... Tim helped me organize everything (groceries, house, catamaran, transportation, etc), he was always in touch with me before during and after my stay. We were a group of 10 friends looking for a fun and relaxing weekend and we got that and even more... It was an experience of a lifetime! If I have to be picky, I would just add toiletries to the bathroom which we forgot to bring. Overall, it was amazing... Thank you!!!!

Great Villa For Our Group Of 18

Brian did an awesome job finding a villa that would accommodate 18 people. When our group grew to 22 he did his best to find additional accommodations and when the additional group had to stay at a beautiful hotel in Philipsburg he helped me to understand the proximity to the villa and the viability of the two properties. The villa itself has a beautiful view and plenty of outdoor space for a large group. The pool was slightly smaller than pictured but would be fine for normal groups. Our group had 12 children. The bedrooms are very private. Each couple had their own room with private entrance and ocean views. The children were accommodated in a set of bedrooms with bunks that accommodated 10 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and the catering staff was very familiar with it the night they came in to cook for us. The only downside to the villa was lack of clean towels for the size of our group and the villa is beginning to show signs of how popular it is, but those things can easily be overlooked by the short 5 minute walk to an awesome beach with great waves. We are all experienced NY swimmers and absolutely loved it, although it is considered the roughest on the island. The kids loved the property and saw monkeys in the trees right on the property. They had plenty of room to run around and play tag. The ping pong table was also great for the kids and kept them busy in the evening. Every person on the trip said it was one of the best ever. Wish we could be back there right now. Thanks Brian. Tim our Rental Escapes concierge organized round the clock transportation with Spreks. The owner, picked us up at the airport and accommodated every request. He also made great recommendations for beaches, beach bars, zip lining and restaurants. He even made sure to come in to each establishment to make sure we were treated well. Tim, our concierge, organized a phenomenal catamaran trip to Anguilla on Funseaker. So kid friendly and absolutely gorgeous with SUP and tubing. I cannot rave about Tim enough. He also assisted in stocking the villa, organized catering one night and an in house chef with Fabulous Feasts. Both nights were delicious. Even the picky kid eaters loved it.
