The kitchen is well appointed with a large GE refrigerator and dishwasher, a Samsung induction cooktop, a Cavavin bar fridge, Weber BBQ, and many additional tools to help your meal and beverage prep a breeze. The living areas and patio are equipped with a Sonos system for an indoor/outdoor immersive music environment. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and a full complement of high-quality linens, and every washroom is equipped with double sinks and indoor/outdoor showers. The “Glass House” design embraces the indoor-outdoor use of space with a private pool just steps away. Enjoy a coffee early in the morning and catch the sunrise on the rooftop patio where there is an ocean view. The villa includes all amenities for a perfect day at the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, a Bluetooth speaker and a cooler for your use. You can use the beach path next to the villa, or drive to one of the many public accesses on the island (all the beaches in Providenciales are public). At night, experience the designated ‘Dark Sky’ environment and do some stargazing when the sun goes down, or enjoy some TV on the 75” flat screen television. For peace of mind, the villa is equipped with gated access, a security system that is monitored, cameras that monitor access points (not the pool or living areas for your privacy), and a small wall safe to store passports and valuables. For any kiters looking to stay close to the action, the villa also has a garage for gear storage.
