With its shingle roof, shady verandas, and Bahama shutters, the villa’s architecture exudes colonial character, while the L-shaped design that wraps around the 42’ pool and its multiple French doors enable seamless indoor-outdoor living. With two outdoor dining areas and a barbecue you can enjoy every meal outdoors, and with sunbeds arranged alongside the pool and a shaded daybed next to the firepit, there’s ample room to relax in the shade. Follow the winding boardwalk across the lawn and you come upon a separate sun deck. Positioned right above a reef-protected cove of pure white sand and startling blue sea, the sunset views from here are spectacular. Snorkel gear, kayaks, and paddle boards are also provided, ensuring each guest can explore in their preferred style. Finished to the highest specifications and tastefully decorated with warm hardwood floors, natural stone countertops, sleek, modern bathrooms and mahogany furniture, the interiors are the definition of refined relaxation. The open-concept living areas flow easily into one another with multiple sets of glass doors that can be thrown open ensuring you can keep an eye on little ones in the pool while sitting at the vast kitchen island watching your butler mix drinks or reclining on a comfortable sofa in the living room. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level. These include the principal suite, which has a dressing room, terrace and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and oversized bath. A bunk room, a queen room and a spacious king-size room, all of which share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom, a king-size room, is on the lower level with direct access to the pool deck.
