Villa Mango - Above And Beyond Expectations

We travelled as a party of 6 to St. Martin. We were blown away. The villa was spectacular. The service from the very beginning in finding the villa, reserving it, and payment was easy and Levi and Judit were exceptional to deal with. The transfers to and from the airport were seamless. Our rental cars were at the villa and the agent arrived shortly after we did to complete the paperwork. Our on site consierge was Marius and he was responsive, kind, thorough and extremely helpful. Marius made the trip very special because he was so knowledgeable. Nathalie was our cleaner for the week. What a treat to come back to a sparkling clean villa every afternoon. She and her crew did a wonderful job and we truly appreciated their effort. From start to finish, this was definitely our best vacation on the island because of the service we received. We will be using this service again.

St. Martin Family Vacation

The Villa is well laid out and appointed. We were 3 kids and 3 adults and we had lots of space. It is also well decorated and stocked with a good kitchen. Overall, we had a great trip but for the price we have a few complaints. I had read that the mattresses were not great but I assumed the reviewer was just being overly picky. This was not the case- the mattesses are not acceptable. They are VERY uncomfortable and the adults all left with back aches. We also had a few maintenance issues, some of which were resolved during our stay but still a little inconvenient. The first night the air in one of the rooms was not working and we could not reach the emergency number. Thankfully the concierge back in Canada checked her email and contacted the property manager for us and the issue was resolved that night but the air went off in another room later . We figured out how to fix it - but again, an inconvenience. IN addition, during our stay the pool light was broken and the handle to the bathroom kept falling off. OVerall we still had a great vacation but for the price, we should not have had any of these issues.
