Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Due to the property's remote location, guests may occasionally experience unexpected power outages. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
