Get a drink at the indoor bar to relax and take break of your tanning sessions on the comfortable sofas at the spacious living room. Access the terrace through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and find the dining table to enjoy delicious meals al-fresco. The traditional Mexican kitchen will satisfy the most demanding chef needs. Feel the warmth of Mexico with our caring staff that will offer you housekeeping and cooking services throughout your stay. Sleep deeply and recover all your energy on the comfortable beds that all our suites have. Find four suites on the ground floor and the remaining ten on the first floor, three of them with ocean view and balcony to enjoy the sunrise. All suites have en-suite bathroom, independent air conditioning control, safe deposit box, satellite tv, and toiletries. Adventure and fun Hacienda Magica is not forgotten, play a tournament at the full-size tennis court in the interior patio. To more adventurous guests kayaks and paddle boards are available to use on the ocean to explore the coastline of Puerto Aventuras. And for reading, napping or tanning sessions chaises and umbrellas are available around the lap pool with a view to the Caribbean Sea For larger groups, weddings, celebrations, and retreats Hacienda Magica may be rented alongside Hacienda Jaguar, Hacienda Corazon, and Hacienda del Mar. The Luxury Estate offers 51 suites for over 100 guests and can host events for up to 150-200 guests.

40th Birthday At Hacienda Magica

The villa was absolutely spectacular. Beautiful property that is run by beautiful people. The entire staff and house manager were incredible. They catered to us all week long and made us feel right at home. The food we were served was delicious. Our rooms were always made up and smelled of fresh laundry. Our beach area was cleaned of seaweed. There is nothing else we could ask for from this great staff. We celebrated my 40th birthday while at the villa and the party went off without a hitch. The entertainment rental escapes organized was top notch. We had DJ’s, Mariachis, fireworks, dessert displays, flowers and a fire and water show on the beach. All met and exceeded our expectations. Ours was a group of 27 and we used all the bedrooms in the villa. That’s 14 bedrooms. Although, all the rooms had king beds and en suite baths, they are clearly not all created equal. The bedrooms outside the main house ( 6 of them) are nice and clean but small and out of the way. Our group is pretty laid back but I think that should be noted. The only real issue we had is with tipping. I even reached out to rental escapes and asked in advance about tipping but it was never mentioned that everything has to be in cash!!!! All the transfers also had to be in cash as well as payment for covid testing and it’s incredibly difficult to have that amount of cash at the end of your trip. We were scrambling because we didn’t want to short change the staff and no one had access to Venmo or PayPal. So I think it needs to be noted that the normal tip for the stay is 10-15% of the rental cost. Our cost was over 30k for the entire villa. That is a lot of cash to have on hand at the end of a trip. I wish we were better informed. Regardless of this hiccup, we will be back again!!!!!
