• Groups over 8 have an additional charger of $50 USD per night • All outside guests for day visits must be approved by the Property Manager • Minimum age limit for renters 21 • Pool heat and hot tub cannot be used at the same time. Due to the configuration either the hot tub or the pool can only be heated during the stay. (Not both at the same time). The guest will need to choose on check-in.
