Not available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30). • Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. • The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees. • This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Parking for up to 20 cars. 1 garage parking. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
