If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. • Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June-August). • The Sonos sound system is inactive and unavailable to guests in accordance with good neighbor policies. • A maximum of 3 cars can park onsite. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • You will be asked to sign the Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
