The ground floor features one large two double-bedroom apartments suitable for four guests, modern and stylish large living room with an exit to the pool terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine). Bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower, and both have direct access to the terrace. There is one separate guest toilet on this floor. On this floor, you will find a spacious and light dining room with a table for 10 and a relaxing bar. On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor shower and lounge area with a direct exit to the quiet and private beach. The first floor of Villa Pine Trees Primosten features two large and beautifully designed apartments. One apartment offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is double and features a wardrobe, safe and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds, and it is also air-conditioned and has a wardrobe and a safe. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a dining table for four. The living area features a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV. It opens up to a balcony with a magnificent view of the island of Smokvica and the fabulous Primosten sunset. The second apartment on the first floor has a charming living area with a large sofa, LCD TV, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens to a beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view. There are two bedrooms here, one double bedroom and one bedroom with three beds for children (60x120 cm). Bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Villa is perfect for 8 adults and 4 children. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
