Casa de las Palmas is designed with natural elements and artistic touches that reflect the lovely laid back vibe and feel of Tulum. The main living area opens up to the soft white sand at your doorstep and a gorgeous pathway to your own spot of the beach with a shade palapas, day beds, and beach loungers. Boogie boards, SUP's and sea kayaks onsite for you to use as you wish. Guests also have access to the new seaside pool on the property. The primary bedroom is on the top story of the house immersed in the canopy of the palms with breathtaking views of the sea. It has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private rooftop patio - the ultimate perch on the beach. Gather on the rooftop for stunning sunsets over the jungle, unparalleled views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, or to gaze at the starry night time skies. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with sea views, breezes, a shared balcony and private en-suite bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a queen size bed and built in bunkbeds for the kids, or young at heart. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and a juliette balcony to the garden area. A/C is available in the bedrooms and limited to night time use to promote energy conservation. We encourage opening windows and doors during the day to enjoy the tropical air. Families are more than welcome - the world's best sandbox is at your doorstep.

Amazing Beach Home In Tulum!
Casa de las Palmas is a gorgeous private home with private access to the beautiful beach in Tulum. We stayed with our family and had a fabulous vacation. We can't recommend highly enough this property, which includes Casa Mandala where we stayed two years ago and also had a wonderful time. The owner and the staff are warm, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. We hope to get the opportunity to return many times!
