The main level features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, while a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest house—complete with its own entrance—offers additional space and privacy. An expansive outdoor lounge area and deck space invite relaxation with panoramic ocean views. Just steps from the water’s edge, you’ll find an oceanfront cabana, a kayak and paddleboard shack, a daybed, an outdoor shower, and a convenient beverage center—perfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze from the Caicos Banks. Guests can choose to rent either all six bedrooms or just four at a reduced rate, ensuring flexibility to suit their needs. For added comfort, the villa’s sparkling pool can be heated upon request (for an additional fee), offering year-round enjoyment.

An Extraordinary Vacation!
The Blue Vista villa was more than we expected. The pictures were beautiful but once we got there, our jaws dropped! The house was clean and very well equipped. We loved to spend our days relaxing on the terrace and in the pool just staring at the ocean and forgetting about the outside world! Everything was perfect, we highly recommend this villa.
