With ski-in/ski-out access and steps away from the Silver Strike Express, this home is the perfect base to discover why Park City is one of the most sought-after ski destinations in the Rockies. The bases of both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are less than 10 minutes away, with numerous hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and community events nearby. Guests can also take advantage of the community hot tub, game room, firepits, and ski lockers. Beautiful reclaimed hardwood floors gleam beneath a cascade of natural light from the large windows inside this alpine condo. Thanks to the open layout, conversation flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A plush sectional and two upholstered armchairs beckon guests to relax in front of the 60” Samsung TV and cozy gas fireplace. Venture onto the balcony to find two patio chairs, a natural gas grill, and mountain views. After a day of shredding powder, sip a glass of wine at the five-seat bar in the chef’s kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a Wolf stovetop. Family and friends can gather around a lively meal or board game in the quaint dining space with bench seating and four chairs tucked into the windowed alcove. The bright primary bedroom overlooks the mountains and features a king bed, 50” TV, and deck access. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms—the first has a comfortable twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the second hosts two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Arrowleaf Lodge #312 offers a convenient Park City retreat for outdoor adventurers. There’s garage parking for one vehicle, or guests can hop on the free Empire Express Shuttle to find restaurants, shops, and galleries. For ski-in/ski-out access, use Silver Buck Run outside the ski locker room on level P and ski down to Silver Strike Express Lift and ticket office. To get home from the top, Arrowleaf Lodge is near the bottom of Silver Buck Run.
