A unique sunset graces each evening sky. Morning swims. Feeling alive and energized, calm and relaxed all at the same time. The South Coast spirit draws you into a new sense of harmony and escape. Kotch’s expansive sea views from every room. The flow of natural energy that follows each swaying palm. It simply takes you away. We have our own wood and welding shop where we make handmade furniture and home fixtures. Working with local carpenters and welders, we design and then re-design each piece until it is the perfect size, shape, texture and colour. Our wood is sustainably sourced from our own private lands and the dolomite in our flooring comes straight from our own quarry. From floor to ceiling, we’ve thought through every detail and creative touch, including conveniently-placed electrical sockets, cozy oversized armchairs, ample closet space, and lush beds that always face the sea. Each room is a lovingly-crafted combination of ultra-modern minimalism with antique touches and the occasional quirky painting.
