Property Description
Noble House is a unique architectural gem by the sea. Its design is a series of airy pavilions with peaked roofs, its living spaces separated by water gardens and bridges. Indoor spaces flow into the outdoors with Oriental grace. Rooms are walled by tall mahogany French doors that open to private porches. Ceiling fans are throughout. The 600-square-foot main pavilion consists of the Great Room with 56 glass doors and a massive wrap-around veranda on floors of gleaming white Jamaican marble. Outside the Great Room, a Japanese footbridge arches over a reflecting pool to the formal dining room. Like the Great Room, the dining room has wraparound glass doors that open to the mesmerizing panorama of gardens and ocean views. Adjacent are a full bar and powder room. The gardens include a wild orchid tree, two mango trees, one lime tree, and a beautiful breadfruit tree. The wide lawns are home to croquet, badminton, and volleyball. 100 yards offshore is Holden's Reef, a continuation of the barrier reef complex that fronts much of Jamaica's north coast. Easily reachable by kayak, this live reef is home to a myriad of tropical fish and corals. At low tide, portions protrude above the water so you can step from your kayak to snorkel in shallow water. Two paddle boards are also available for additional water sports options. Noble House shares eight acres on the sea with deluxe neighboring villas Serenity and Tranquillity on the Beach. Combining these 3 homes creates a 15-bedroom compound with 3 pools, 1 tennis court, 1 basketball hoop, a long beachfront, and a staff of 19. This remarkable waterfront trio is a favorite for family reunions. All 3 villas are very private from each other, extremely family-friendly, and welcome children.

Noble House Paradise
We’ve visited Jamaica many times over the past 25 years but this stay was by far, our favourite. The property and residence at Noble House is from a bygone era; built in the 50’s by an American real estate developer, the home and surrounding 5 acres are a wonder to behold. The house staff were equally wonderful and made our trip an incredible experience for our extended family that included grandchildren and both sets of grandparents. There was lots to do, with 2 pools and a huge beachfront; we enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, croquet, badminton and lots of swimming. This is the way to truly experience Jamaica and its wonderful people.

Birthday Bliss In Montego Bay – A Slice Of Paradise!
Absolutely loved my stay at Noble House villa in Montego Bay! I rented it for my 35th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property itself was stunning – think tropical paradise vibes with breathtaking views, lush gardens, and the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Every corner of the villa felt like it was made for relaxation. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were beyond amazing – so welcoming, friendly, and always one step ahead in making sure we were taken care of. And a special shout-out to Ruby, who went above and beyond before and after we arrived! She helped plan every detail, made sure all our requests were met, and really ensured everything went off without a hitch. Ruby’s service was exceptional, and her attention to detail made the trip stress-free and extra special! If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, or just enjoy Jamaica in style, this villa is the spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

This property was great just for an overnight stay. The staff was amazing and the food was DELICIOUS. The chef prepared an amazing Brunch and Dinner for us.
