Property Description
Terra Nova is a beautiful waterfront villa located in exclusive Mammee Bay. When you enter the villa you are immediately struck by the wonderful, spacious living/dining area with Italian marble floor and a 27-foot conical ceiling. The room opens up to a large covered veranda and 36-foot fresh water pool. A paved walkway leads out directly to the ocean. In addition, ocean swimming at private Bamboo Blu Beach Club is a short walk away. The property has four large bedrooms, all recently air conditioned, and four bathrooms all with attached dressing rooms. The primary bedroom is located on a private second-floor addition with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, mountains, and the town of Ocho Rios. The property has a full staff of four, composed of a cook, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener.

• Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT). • Inquire for more information regarding rates or a security deposit. • The villa requires a one week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests. • Please inquire about additional guest fee. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.

Jamaican Vacation
The staff and the preparation was amazing. The villa had a breathtaking view and accommodations were comfortable. The plumbing was a little slow and minor repairs and a coat of paint here and there would help the interior.
