Property Description
Frangipani is the newest of luxury villas on the historic Prospect Estate. The spacious living room is equipped with a satellite TV, VCR, telephone, and stereo system. The central veranda leads out to a large pool with a sun deck and steps to a sea terrace for viewing the ocean. Swimming is not recommended at Frangipani due to currents and rocks. The famous Bamboo Beach Club is located just one-quarter mile away for sandy beach swimming. The house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, housekeeper/laundress and all-night security. The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and jitney tours all within an easy 5 minute walk of the villa. Guest receive discounts on greens fees from Sandals Upton Golf Club and horse back riding.

Additional Rate information:
• Please note there is a 10% service charge for pre-stocking food and beverages. • The villa requires a 4-night full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests. Additionally, there is a damage deposit. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
