Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine. • Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. • Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31). • Please note that the elevator is not for guest use. • Please be aware that this home has a ring camera set up. • This is a smoke-free home. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
