Property Description

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary. Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing! The lovely hilltop villa is surrounded by lovely grounds, palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, ginger lilies, frangipani, bamboo & ferns. On the main floor, wide glass doors and cedar louvres open to the wrap-around verandah. The perspective is mesmerizing day and night ... sunrises and sunsets, cruise ships, tropical lightning shows on the distant horizon, and the twinkling night lights of the town across Montego Bay. The pretty living room has comfortable overstuffed sofas and chairs and a hand-painted armoire that houses a television and VCR. Adjoining the living room is the colourful den, also with a television and games cupboard - an ideal playroom for children. A daybed in the den can accommodate one extra child. Twin-size air mattresses are available as well. Just outside the den is a removable gate should parents wish to control access of children to the pool area. On the main level are the two downstairs bedrooms with walls washed in pastel yellow and blue and connecting through a shared bathroom. The downstairs connecting bedrooms are another good feature for parents and small children. While both bedrooms open to the pool terrace, these doors can be locked to prevent youngsters from wandering into the pool area without supervision. Upstairs is the bright master bedroom suite, commanding a stunning view of the tranquil harbor of Montego Bay. Home-cooked meals are served in the dining room or, most often, on the airy verandah. The cook is more than willing to prepare individual meals to suit the tastes of children.

Additional Rate information:

• Weddings with maximum guests of 30 • Rooms are for priced for double occupancy only. Extra guests may be approved by the homeowner and an extra guest fee may be applied. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.

Exceeded Expectations

The whole experience through rental escapes was very east. Customer service was incredible as there was always someone on the other to pick up the phone or answer an email with any questions we had. Overall an excellent experience.
