A stunning renovation has created the all-new design of picture-perfect bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. Notable are two outdoor showers, one off the master bedroom, and another by the pool. Tall library shelves in the high-ceilinged living room house an abundance of books, movies, cable television, and a 6-speaker sound system. Bring your favorite DVDs and enjoy Almond Hill’s outdoor movie theater. Your staff can serve popcorn and ice cream for a fun evening! Down a gentle slope, a few steps from the house is the large private pool. Its poolside gazebo is a favorite spot for shaded lunches and private laptop time. Perhaps best of all is Almond Hill's design around the comfy verandah ~ cooled by trade winds and located for its superb view nine miles across the sea to the harbor and town of Montego Bay. A haven for reading and napping, afternoon tea, and conversation, the verandah is most memorable for wonderful candlelight dinners served here with the romance of distant lights of the town and cruise ships reflecting on the bay. While extraordinarily private behind its iron entrance gates and not actually within Round Hill proper, Almond Hill is situated in the Round Hill Estate, a five-minute drive from the Round Hill gatehouse, hotel, beach club, and excellent Continental restaurant. Each week, two themed beach party buffets welcome Almond Hill guests for various fees. If you left your pets behind while you take a vacation, be advised that Almond Hill is home to some lovable family dogs who are granted free run of the house and grounds but can be kept away if you require!

Extra guests may be approved by the homeowner and an extra guest fee may be applied • Weddings with a maximum of 20 guests • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay

The stay was great for the most part but a lot of what I communicated to the coordinator did not get sent to tbh home. I am highly allergic to oranges which I communicated and they still proceed to bring our oranges juice. When given a breakfast time, they need to be told twice what time was put in place. Breakfast was late almost everyday until I spoke to them and said do not start cooking at that time and then serve. Rather bring it to the table at the time. The driver was great until I asked him to transport 4 extra people down the street. It took no more than 3 min and he complained. Okay hen I tried emailing the coordinator about it I did not receive an answer until 3 days later. Response time was bad. Service was still great and food was amazing Would come back but request another driving company

Private Resort Vacation

We loved Almond Hill! Stunning location and views, charming and very comfortable house, warm and friendly staff. We spent our mornings popping down to Round Hill for some beach time and after a few hours around the hotel crowd we felt spoilt to go back to our own private resort. We loved it!!!!

A Purposely Planned In Paradise

This Vacation Getaway was just what Me and My Sisters needed on the heels of the Pandemic and Life Changes. The property felt like a home away from home. The Staff are very accommodating, professional, easygoing and friendly, just like extended family. There was nothing that washed that they could not deliver. We wished that we had extended our stay for two weeks instead of one. The only thing I would suggest to the Property owner is to have more solutions for the sandflies and mosquitos, perhaps a supply of incents or do a fogging before guests arrive.

Almond Hill Is A Perfect Vacation Spot

Almond Hill villa is a perfect vacation spot. The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The villas layout and landscaping was beautifully designed. We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. Tracey, our cook made the most delicious meals. Marlon was a perfect butler! He setup our meal tables in the most inviting way. He ensured that we had everything we needed while on vacation. The rental escapes staff was helpful and attentative.
