This dock is beached. • This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults. • Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property • The kayaks onsite are not available for guest use. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
