• Unfortunately, guests do not have access to community amenities. • Please note that this is a townhouse that shares a wall with another home. • Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable. • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. • This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 12 guests. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Features a 2-car garage with space for an additional 2 vehicles on the driveway. No street parking allowed. Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
