Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation. • Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. • No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. • Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. • Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. • The pool is not available during the Winter season (Oct-Apr). • Please note that the tennis/basketball court is unavailable for guest use. • This property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and guests may receive fines for violating the City's quiet hours. • This home can accommodate 16 people but a maximum of 12 adults. • Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. • Bedroom 5 is located in the guest house. • Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property. • This home has a full-size day bed in the hall area downstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living area. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
