Costa Azul is a gorgeous 7-bedroom, 7.5 bath, 2-story luxury oceanfront villa with a private beach, pool, pickleball/basketball court, and rooftop Jacuzzi. With its unique design, this property exudes a sleek, modern aesthetic complemented by stylish furniture and amazing amenities. Step through the impressive, yet welcoming entryway that features a floating roof and be welcomed into a sanctuary with a palm studded walkway leading past the guest bungalow and covered pickleball/basketball court and into the main house. The main house offers a spacious, air-conditioned living room with bar area, dining table, and TV lounge. This space connects seamlessly to the beautiful outdoor areas of the property, which includes a large swimming pool (with wading, toddler and adult depths as well as a lap lane), poolside deck with furniture and sunbeds. From the pool area, you’ll have access to your own private beach where you can easily slip into the warm, Caribbean waters while enjoying a front row view of the Punta Espada golf course. NOTE: The ocean may at times not be suitable for swimming and doing so is always at your own risk. A new addition to the outdoor area includes a spacious beachside gazebo with an outdoor kitchen, a covered dining area and a lounge area with a fire pit. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm tropical nights. Enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with even more spectacular ocean and golf views during the day or indulge in a relaxing stargazing soak after dark.
