Additional Rate information:

• Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. • This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. • Please note that the small garage unit on property is not accessible to guests, and it is periodically used by housekeeping for supplies. For parking, there are two large garage units available and reserved for only guests. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. • Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the team. Please do not attempt to adjust the bed on your own. • Each garage accommodates 5 cars. Each driveway accommodates 3 compact cars. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
