Rincon Del Mar -- Porta Fortuna
Overall it was a great experience (really more like a 4.5), a few things to comment on: -We requested several time for the hot tub to be adjusted so that the water was warmer, it wasn't really followed up on until towards the end of the trip and was only turned up 2 degrees (from 30 to 32). -AC units were turned off in some parts of the house (Kitchen/Dining/some bathrooms/walk-in closets). -The golf cart lights/horn were not working for several days making it difficult to drive in the evenings especially in the rain. They finally got fixed by the last day of our stay. -We didn't use the breakfast service everyday so we thought that we could request a dinner service instead (only to find out after the fact that a $120 surcharge was included in final billing -- would have been nice to know in advance/when the request was made). -There were also random fees included in the final bill (additional $120 service fee) and it wasn't clear what this was for. -There was also a discrepancy (of a few hundred dollars) with the final amount exchange rate from Pesos to Dollars. When we asked for an explanation, we were not clear on the reasoning. -We requested one of hour of tennis at the fitness club and were also not aware in advance of the $50 fee/hour.
