Direct access is provided to the expansive beachfront, beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, and of course, the sparkling turquoise waters. Grandview is family-friendly and unique – many guests return time and time again. Our completely refurbished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium offers our guests the finest in Caribbean vacationing. It boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances, including a wine fridge and washer/dryer. The expansive, contemporary living/dining area leads to a large, covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs (seating for six), lounge chairs and a full-sized barbecue. Enjoy tropical breezes and mesmerizing views of Grace Bay’s turquoise waters. Sip your morning coffee in the relaxing peaceful surroundings; take in the breathtaking evening sunsets. Whether indoors or on the terrace, dining or relaxing…. all offer the same wonderful direct ocean views and sounds. And these same views are available from the master bedroom as well! You have full access to the on-site gym, currently undergoing renovation. We also provide beach toys, kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. Guest parking is on the property within enclosed secure gating. The building is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping, including a gourmet grocery store. The listed prices are for occupancy of 5. The second bedroom includes twin beds which can be converted to a king bed. The fifth person can be accommodated with a roll-away cot (suitable for teens and younger as it sits low to the ground). A pack-and-play is also available.
