The pool, lunge area and observation deck are positioned to take full advantage of the Turks & Caicos spectacular sunsets. The main living areas of this house are located on the second floor and exit directly onto the large pool deck. Each room is equipped with its own split unit air conditioner, flat screen television and en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen is ideal for catering to large families or private chefs. Just off the kitchen, and with easy access, is a private outdoor balcony which is where you will find the large propane barbecue. There is also a tower and rooftop sundeck area featuring 360-degree panoramic views, relaxing chaise lounges and soothing tropical ocean breezes. Villa Jasmine has a stunning view of Taylor Bay Beach which is located just seconds away through private access. While staying at this villa guests have access to community tennis courts. We provide rackets, tennis balls, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. This is the ideal villa for larger families or three to four couples travelling together.

Location Information

Chalk Sound is scenic lagoon located on the southwestern portion of Providenciales, and common refers to the residential community located on the peninsula. Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay are especially popular with guests, and we have several beachfront and oceanfront villas located here. Taylor Bay, with its calm and shallow waters, is particularly popular with families with children.

Wonderful Stay At Villa Jasmine

My family had a great stay at Villa Jasmine set up by Rental Escapes. The only reason it’s four stars and not five was because our pack and plays for the kids were not at the house when we arrived. They were late. Everything else went completely smoothly and we had a wonderful time at our villa just steps from the beach. Check in was great and Michael was knowledgeable about the property and very clear about everything we needed to know. Would definitely use this villa rental company again.

Wonderful Family Time In Turks

Villa Jasmine was a beautiful spot to create family memories in paradise. The pool area was fabulous as well as the open kitchen and living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with many dishes/appliances etc although the oven and propane grill were not working properly during our stay. The 4th bedroom was only accessible from the outside which is fine for adults or late teens but not so much if you have young children.

Breathtaking Week In Paradise!

When we were booking Villa Jasmine, Deane raved to us about this property. It sounded just perfect. When we got there, it exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely stunning, the Mediterranean feel with the Caribbean vibe was a perfect combination. We were concerned about the distance to the beach (hauling kids there daily) and it was only about a 60 second walk. The path to the beautiful and quite seclduded Taylor Bay is almost directly in front of the Villa. The one thing that may be an advantage for others but was harder for us is the 4th bedroom is only accessible through outside. So when traveling with two families+ and young kids, that is just something to take into consideration. But on the flip side, it's also a complete private space. The views are breathtaking. Sunrise over Chalk Sound on one side, sunset over Taylor Bay on the other. I would recommend bringing a Thermacell of some sort and extra bug spray. They were really bad throughout the day and night. Every bedroom has it's own full bathroom, beds are quite comfortable and the layout of the villa is great. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay again one day!
