Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from the inside of the home). • Quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. • This home offers pool heat for an additional fee, but it must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. • During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. • No smoking permitted inside and outside. There will be a fine of $500 if smoking occurs; this includes smoking from cigarettes, cigars, (both tobacco and marijuana). • We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Per the City of Palm Springs, all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. We will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
