Nearby Attractions: Cavallini Family Vineyard Estate, Dolce Paradiso Resort, and Spa, Wine Country Pigeon Race, Wilson Creek Winery, Lake Skinner Park, Doffo Winery, Peltzer Farms, Old Town Temecula (30 min drive), California Dreamin’ Balloon Adventures (Hot Air Balloon). Only a short drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, Temecula is a charming town with lots of character. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, Temecula offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food. Not a fan of wine? Worry not, this town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 plus tax per day and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. • Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and wifi are limited at our home. • Please note that the primary bedroom opens directly to the staircase leading to the main floor and does not have a door. • ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • The built-in BBQ island area is under construction and not accessible for guest use. We have added a standalone barbecue for guests to use. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. • No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
