At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings. • We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • The exterior chaise loungers next to the pool/spa have been updated and may differ from those shown in the listing photos. • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax. • SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. • ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. • Please do not pick the avocado trees. • The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet. • Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. • Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. • The entry gate at this property must remain open at all times. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
