A private chef is available to craft meals just the way you like them, and the open kitchen and outdoor dining area make every meal a special occasion.

• Please note that the beach is rocky and water shoes are recommended upon entering the water * There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash • A security deposit of $2,000 USD may apply • A $1,000 USD food deposit is required prior to arrival or in cash at check-in • Rates are based on double occupancy • Additional guests exceeding double occupancy (11 – 12) are $100 USD + taxes per guest per night • Day passes are available at $100 USD per guest, per day *9am – 10pm • Children accepted • Pets accepted with prior approval *additional fees may apply • The villa has 4 full and 2 half bathrooms • Events welcome *Maximum 50 guests, please enquire direct for a quote • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) • Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
