A secondary living space with a warm gas fireplace and wet bar invites friends inside for movie nights on the 47” TV or game around the 4-person card table. The mudroom is perfect for storing wet ski gear or dirty hiking boots, while the dreamy guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom completes this floor. This retreat merges rustic Western décor with modern comforts on the main floor, featuring a wraparound deck with uninterrupted views of Lone Peak and surrounding ranges.
