Contact a villa specialist for more information. Welcome to Moose Tracks Lodge, a 5,600-square-foot brilliant timber frame home in the Highlands of Breckenridge. Enjoy luxurious, high-end finishes throughout this six-bedroom private home and lavish amenities. The main level consists of the kitchen, great room, and dining area in a large, open space with plenty of bright Colorado daylight shining in and abundant space for everyone to gather around. A convenient powder bath is located off the great room near the front entry. Aspiring chefs of all levels will enjoy getting creative in the gourmet kitchen which boasts two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, gorgeous granite countertops, a gas cooktop, wine refrigerator, and professional-grade, stainless appliances. The adjacent dining area seats 11 at the table, with six more seats available at the kitchen bar so everyone can dine together comfortably. After dinner, retreat to the great room end enjoy sprawling mountain vistas, a gas fireplace, large smart TV, and plush sectional sofa. Step outside onto the expansive 1,600 square foot deck and experience the natural beauty that surrounds you and picturesque mountain views with views of Lake Dillon in the distance. An exquisite primary king suite room is situated on the main level and features a king bed, TV, deck access, and private ensuite with double sinks, and a large walk-in steam shower. You’ll also conveniently find a washer and dryer in the spacious closet. A second king suite with skylights and a desk area is also on the main level, just off the great room and kitchen. On the upper level, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a great loft area with beautiful wood beam accents, a sitting area, a TV, and a billiards table. A fun and cozy bunkroom the kids will love has a twin bunk and a twin over queen bunk, desk, and ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the loft area is a comfortable king suite with incredible mountain views. The fun begins on the lower level of Moose Tracks Lodge in the cozy and beautiful rec room with large smart TV, a large sectional sofa, shuffleboard, and a spacious kitchen/wet bar with a full fridge, dishwasher, sink, and bar seating. This popular room has easy access to the private hot tub for a relaxing soak. Down the hall from the wet bar are a bathroom and a fun game room with a foosball table, an arcade game table, a TV, and side access to the hot tub as well. A king suite is also on the lower level, with a TV, patio access, and a private ensuite. From the lower level, easily access a studio apartment over the garage for a wonderful private extra space for guests, with its own sitting area, TV and queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, king bed, and bathroom. A closet has an extra washer and dryer. The garage offers a convenient area in one of the bays with benches, boot warmers, and ample space to prepare for the day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway near the garage. Guests have access to the 2-car garage with parking for five cars total. 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee and written approval. This home enjoys complimentary shuttle use, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. This home has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
