A brand-new build in 2021, guests will revel in this modern quality craftsmanship and state-of-the-art entertainment. A stunning open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows prime for wildlife and nature viewing. Step out onto the expansive deck to a wooded paradise where you can relax and enjoy the BBQ grill, and multiple seating areas. An exquisite gourmet kitchen offers professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with seating for 5. An elegant dining area and wet bar nearby make the perfect place for family meals. On the main level, a beautiful primary suite boasts incredible views, a king-sized log bed, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. A queen suite on this level enjoys the same views, a TV, and an ensuite bath. A cozy family room offers a great place to relax on plush couches with a large-screen TV, perfect for the kids. For the ultimate movie and game night, the lower-level family room has an L-shaped couch, large screen TV, and an air hockey table. Nearby, the queen bedroom suite has its own TV and ensuite bath and youngsters will enjoy the next bedroom with two double beds, one twin bed, and a private bath. Close to downtown, enjoy Breckenridge or explore the woods and nearby hiking trails. Come home to enjoy some stargazing in the hot tub and the peaceful tranquillity of Elevated Elegance. Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in. This home enjoys complimentary shuttle use, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. This property has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
