The Fairmont Royal Pavilion is one of the most prestigious resorts in Barbados. Guests will have complimentary access to the Pavilion Beach Club and restaurants ($). Cool Wind has a show-stopping, extensive, open-plan reception and dining area for ten, which stretches almost the breadth of the property and leads down to the pool, gardens and pool bar, which comes complete with ice machine and draft Banks Beer. The pool deck is very large with plenty of seating offering full sun and shade and has a BBQ area with a separate kitchen, adjacent to the fully equipped air-conditioned gym. There is also a covered gazebo for additional outdoor dining. Also at garden level, is an additional self-contained suite consisting of one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom, both fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, separated by a private living area that has a queen-sized sofa-bed, smart tv and galley kitchen which makes it perfect for a group of young adults or families with younger children travelling with a nanny. The upper level has three king-sized suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, the master suite has a walk-in dressing room, and all of the suites are fully air-conditioned with in-room safes, smart tv’s and amenities. There is also an additional air-conditioned media room, an intimate dining patio and a spacious air-conditioned kitchen with a pantry and breakfast bar. Despite its size and glamour, Cool Wind also has an intimacy that makes it very much a very special family home.
