This is a beautiful 18th-century farmhouse with accommodation spread over three floors and set in over four acres of gardens. With its own tennis court and heated pool you would be forgiven for wanting to spend all your holiday within the confines of the villa, however, it is also well located, being near impressive towns such as Grasse (three miles), Cabris and Valbonne (seven miles). Cannes is also only ten miles distant. The villa itself is classically French but with all the mod cons - a new kitchen, bedrooms have air conditioning and WiFi as standard. There is a terrace that runs for the length of the building with several outdoor dining areas, a barbeque and a table tennis table. This villa would be perfect for extended family get-togethers (there is something for grandparents, parents and children to enjoy), large groups of friends or even a special celebration.
